
Richard Adu-Bobie, who will be a senior at Texas A&M ran the first leg on Canada's 4x100-meter relay which finished second at the Pan Am Games last weekend. Brazil won in 38.81 seconds followed by Canada (38.87) and the United States (38.88) Canada's 38.81 was the best qualifying time. Former A&M athlete Bashir Ramzy was third in the long jump at 25 feet, 11 inches.
